How Many Accessible Units Should You Rent?
The right quantity depends on attendance, event duration, venue requirements, expected usage, and the total number of portable restrooms. Many events include at least one accessible unit, while larger or multi-area events may require additional units. Local rules or venue policies can vary, so confirm applicable requirements during planning.
Placement Matters for Accessibility
Place the unit on firm, level ground along an unobstructed route that is convenient for guests. Avoid curbs, stairs, steep slopes, soft surfaces, parked vehicles, and narrow passages. The delivery and service location must also remain safely accessible to Premier’s truck, typically within approximately 20–25 feet.
